16 Plaintiff Allen Hammler is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. This matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. On June 3, 2021, the assigned magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations, recommending that plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP”) be denied because plaintiff has sufficient funds to pay the filing fee in full. (Doc. No. 12.) The magistrate judge provided plaintiff 14 days to file objections to the findings and recommendations. (Id. at 2.) Plaintiff filed objections on June 21, 2021. (Doc. No. 13.)
