ECF. No. 1. Thereafter, the parties stipulated to a remand, and this Court ordered a remand. ECF Nos. 21, 22, 23. Following another stipulation from the parties, this Court ordered payment of attorney fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d), in the amount of $4,473.70. ECF Nos. 23, 24. On remand, the Commissioner awarded benefits, and withheld $19,182.75 for attorney’s fees. Doc No. 25-4 at 6.
