16 I. INTRODUCTION The matter before the Court is the Motion to Consolidate (the “Motion”) of Defendants Peri & Sons Farms of California, LLC, and Roy Estrada (collectively, “Defendants”). (Doc. 35.) Plaintiff Lorena Guzman (“Plaintiff”) filed an opposition to the Motion on May 25, 2021. (Doc. 43.) Defendants filed a reply on June 1, 2021. (Doc. 47.) The Motion was referred to the undersigned for the preparation of findings and recommendations on May 4, 2021. (Doc. 38.)
