17 Defendants. 18 Plaintiff AFC Realty Capital, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) filed the operative Complaint against Defendants Sundeep S. Dale; Rohit Ranchhod; Dale Investments, LLC; California Fruit Building, LLC; and American Hospitality Services, Inc. (collectively “Defendants”). Presently before the Court is Plaintiff’s Motion for Relief (ECF No. 38) from the Court’s October 13, 2020 Third Order.
