17 This matter is before the Court pursuant to Defendant ACIP Energy LLC’s (“Defendant”) Motion to Dismiss or Stay. (ECF No. 8.) Plaintiff Coldwell Solar, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) filed an opposition.
