(ECF No. 28.) Also before the Court are Defendant Joe Garofalo’s (“Garofalo”) Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 10) and Plaintiffs’ Motion to Strike. (ECF No. 13.) All the pending motions have been fully briefed. For the reasons set forth below, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs’ Motion to Amend and DENIES the remaining motions as moot. /// /// /// 28 I.
