18 19 Pending before the Court is Defendant Negre’s Motion for Summary Judgment filed on October 14, 2020. (Doc. No. 33, “MSJ”). Plaintiff filed an opposition and Defendant filed a reply. (Doc. Nos. 34, 35). For the reasons stated below, the undersigned finds no genuine dispute as to any material facts and recommends Defendant Negre’s MSJ be granted. I.
