Plaintiffs’ motion for leave to amend and motion for class certification were referred to a United States Magistrate Judge for issuance of findings and recommendations. (Doc. Nos. 28, 58.) On March 30, 2021, the assigned magistrate judge issued findings and recommendations recommending that plaintiffs’ motion for leave to amend be denied and that plaintiffs’ motion for class certification be granted in part and denied in part.
