20 This matter is before the Court pursuant to Defendants Officer J. Carrillo (“Carrillo”), Officer F. Cea (“Cea”), and Officer S. Valverde’s (“Valverde”) (collectively, “Defendants”) Motion to Dismiss. (ECF No. 11.) Plaintiffs Anjanette DeLong (“A. DeLong”), Rodney DeLong Sr. (“DeLong Sr.”), and Rodney DeLong (“Decedent”) by and through his successors-in-interest (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) oppose Defendants’ motion. (ECF No. 12.)
