SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE

JANAM, et al., Defendants. 16 Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, has filed a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Due to an inadvertent omission in the court’s original order setting the settlement conference (ECF No. 33), the undersigned now issues the instant amended order. The court has determined that this case will benefit from a settlement conference. Therefore, this case will be referred to Magistrate Judge Dennis M. Cota to conduct a settlement conference on October 14, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. The settlement conference will be conducted by remote means, with all parties appearing by Zoom video conference.
