On July 9, 2019, the undersigned issued findings and recommendations recommending that plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis be denied pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g), and plaintiff be directed to pay the filing fee in full. (Doc. No. 5.) On September 16, 2019, the findings and recommendations were adopted in full and plaintiff was directed to pay the filing fee in full within twenty-one days. (Doc. No. 8.)
