Plaintiff Gerardo Hernandez brings this lawsuit against defendants, Welcome Sacramento, LLC dba Courtyard by Marriot Sacramento Cal-Expo and Hotel Circle GL, LLC for violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act and two state law claims.
