16 Petitioner, proceeding pro se, has filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 17 U.S.C. § 2254. By order dated June 7, 2021, the court ordered petitioner to inform the court 18 whether he had exhausted his claims before the highest state court. (ECF No. 12.) Petitioner was 19 informed that if he had not presented these claims to the highest state court, the petition must be 20 dismissed. (Id.) Plaintiff was given thirty days to inform the court as to whether he had 21 presented any federal constitutional claims to the California Supreme court. (Id. at 3.) Plaintiff 22 was warned that failure to abide by the court’s order would result in a recommendation that this 23 action be dismissed. (Id.) 24 Thirty days have passed.
