Melanie Ansolabehere reports she slipped and fell while inside a Dollar General Market Store and seeks to hold the defendant liable for negligence and premises liability. (See Doc. 1 at 9.) Plaintiff now seeks permission to augment or amend the expert witness disclosure of Dr. Jonathan Frank, who Plaintiff would like to testify as to the medical causation of her injuries. (Doc. 49.)
