On September 16, 2021, plaintiff IP Solutions, Inc. commenced this action by filing a complaint against defendant Central Sierra Holdings, Inc. and invoked the court’s diversity jurisdiction. (Doc. No. 1.) On September 23, 2021, the court ordered plaintiff to show cause why the complaint should not be dismissed for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction due to insufficient allegations of diversity. (Doc.
