INTRODUCTION On October 19, 2021, the parties filed a joint notice of request to seal their confidential settlement agreement pursuant to Local Rule 141(b). (ECF No. 27.) Concurrently with this request, the parties filed a notice of dismissal pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41, in which they stipulated that “the court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the confidential settlement agreement reached between the parties . . . a copy of which is submitted herewith under seal.” (ECF No. 28.)
