23 I. BACKGROUND Gigi Fairchild-Littlefield (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On November 5, 2019, Plaintiff filed the Complaint commencing this action. (ECF No. 1.) On January 2, 2020, Plaintiff filed the First Amended Complaint as a matter of course. (ECF No. 13.) On October 30, 2020, the court dismissed the First Amended Complaint for failure to state a claim, with leave to amend. (ECF No. 15.)
