20 Juan C. Guzman (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On November 16, 2020, Plaintiff filed the First Amended Complaint for this action. (ECF No. 11.) The First Amended Complaint is not signed by Plaintiff.
