(Doc. 11.) The Court directed Plaintiff to file an amended complaint or a notice of voluntary dismissal within 21 days. (Id. at 5.) Plaintiff failed to file an amended complaint or notice of dismissal or to otherwise respond to the screening order. Therefore, on September 13, 2021, the Court ordered Plaintiff to show cause, within 21 days, why this action should not be dismissed for failure to comply with a court order. (Doc. 12.)
