McMillan (“Plaintiff”) brings this Section 1983 action pro per against the County of Shasta, the City of Anderson, the Anderson Fire Protection District, Fire Chief Steve Lowe, Anderson Police Officer Kameron Lee, Shasta County Sheriff- Coroner Thomas Bosenko, County Jail Captain Dave Kent, California Forensic Medical Group Inc., and Jail Nurses Linda Smith and Amanda Ream (“Defendants”).
