Brown now move 19 for (1) final approval of the class action settlement, Mot. Final Approval, ECF No. 76; Mem. Final Approval ECF No. 76-1, and (2) an award of attorneys’ fees and costs, Mot. Att’ys Fees, ECF. No. 75; Mem. Att’ys Fees, ECF No. 75-1. The court held the final approval hearing on May 7, 2021, attended by plaintiffs’ counsel, Jeff Geraci, Olivia Sanders and Alex Katofsky, and 23 defendants’ counsel Jerome Rubin, PHV.
