18 Plaintiff is proceeding in this action pro se and the case was accordingly referred to the undersigned by Local Rule 302(c)(21). Pending before the court are two motions for summary judgment: one from defendant Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance Agency (“Ameriprise”) (ECF No. 124) and one from defendant IDS Property Casualty Insurance Company (“IDS”) (ECF No. 125). Plaintiff filed an opposition to each motion. ECF Nos. 134, 135. Defendants replied. ECF Nos. 139, 140. With the court’s permission, plaintiff filed a surreply. ECF Nos. 157, 158.
