16 On June 21, 2021, Defendant filed a motion for summary judgment. (Doc. 24.) Plaintiff failed to file an opposition or a statement of non-opposition to the motion. Therefore, the Court ordered Plaintiff to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for his failure to prosecute. (Doc. 26.) On August 26, 2021, the U.S. Postal Service returned the order to show cause as undeliverable to Plaintiff. To date, Plaintiff has not updated his address with the Court or responded to the order to show cause. As explained in the Court’s first informational order, a party appearing pro se must keep the Court advised of his current address. (Doc. 2 at 5.)
