17 This matter is before the court on plaintiff Nicholas Honchariw’s motion to remand this action to the Stanislaus County Superior Court. (Doc. No. 6.) Pursuant to General Order No. 617 addressing the public health emergency posed by the coronavirus pandemic, on June 9, 2021, the court took this matter under submission to be decided on the papers. (Doc. No. 7.) For the reasons set forth below, the court will deny plaintiff’s motion to remand.
