16 On October 19, 2021, the parties filed a joint notice of request to seal their confidential settlement agreement pursuant to Local Rule 141(b) concurrently with a notice of dismissal pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41 and a request that the Court retain jurisdiction for purposes of enforcing the confidential settlement agreement reached between the parties. (ECF Nos. 27, 28.)
