15 16 In this class action lawsuit, Gustavo Burmudez1 is suing Dragados USA, Inc., Flatiron West, Inc., and Dragados/Flatiron JV, which he alleges are his former employers, for violations of California wage and hour and unfair competition laws. Defendants now move to compel arbitration.
