Currently before the Court in this closed action is an Amended Request for Dismissal pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41 filed by Plaintiffs Megan McKeon, Laila Neal, and Tina Neal on June 11, 2021. (Doc. 129.) Defendants Central Valley Community Sports Foundation dba Gateway Ice Center and Jeff Blair (“Defendants”) opposed the motion on June 28, 2021. (Doc. 131.)
