On July 29, 2021, the district court entered an order granting Defendants’ motion to dismiss but permitted Plaintiff twenty-one days to file an amended complaint. (Doc. No. 22). As of the date on these Findings and Recommendations Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint nor provided an adequate response to the Court’s September 2, 2021 show cause order to address why this case should not be dismissed.
