17 On November 18, 2021, the undersigned issued findings and recommendations (ECF No. 48) recommending that the court grant plaintiff Donna Rae King’s motions for default judgment against defendant Portfolio Preservation, LLC dba Aegis Shield and defendant Aegis American Risk Management Group (together, the “Aegis defendants”). On December 1, 2021, defendant Kingsley Charles objected to the findings and recommendations on the ground that the findings and recommendations suggested judgment be entered as a result of Charles’s conduct. (ECF No. 50.)
