17 Plaintiff Darren Gilbert filed this action on April 23, 2021. (ECF No. 1.) On December 15, 2021, Plaintiff filed a motion for leave to amend that is currently set for hearing on January 12, 2022. (See ECF Nos. 30, 31.) On December 16, 2021, Defendant Amar Kumar filed an “Application Pursuant to Civil Code Section 55.54 for Stay and Early Evaluation Conference,” which the Court construes as a motion to stay. (ECF No. 32.) No hearing date for this motion has been set.
