Initially, Plaintiff asserted individual claims related to her employment. (Doc. 1-1 at 28 (original complaint in notice of removal).) Subsequently, plaintiff filed an amended complaint in state court and then served Defendants. (Id. at 10; Doc. 1 ¶ 2.)
