Petitioner is in the custody of the Bureau of Prisons at the United States Penitentiary in Atwater, California. He filed the instant federal petition on October 29, 2021 in this Court, challenging a 2008 sentence in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. (Doc. 1.)
