Plaintiff Nolan Jordan is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On October 12, 2021, the Court issued the discovery and scheduling order. On January 12, 2022, Defendant filed an exhaustion related motion for summary judgment. (ECF No. 38.) On January 14, 2022, Plaintiff filed a request for clarification regarding the exhaustion motion deadline. (ECF No. 39.)
