18 Plaintiff Preston Taylor is proceeding in forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 19 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 20 Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion to amend the complaint and motion to reopen 21 discovery, filed December 10, 2021 and December 22, 2021, respectively.
