23 No joinder of parties or amendments to pleadings is 24 permitted without leave of court, good cause having been shown.
III. JURISDICTION/VENUE
26 Jurisdiction is predicated upon 42 USC Chapter 126, Section 27 12112(a). Jurisdiction and venue are not contested. 28 IV. DISCOVERY All discovery, with the exception of expert discovery, shall be completed by August 25, 2022.
