LANA VLASTELICA, et al., Defendants. 16 By order filed October 7, 2021, plaintiff’s complaint was dismissed and thirty days leave to file an amended complaint was granted. On December 27, 2021, plaintiff’s notice of amendment was disregarded, and plaintiff was granted thirty days in which to file an amended complaint that complied with the October 7, 2021 order. Plaintiff was cautioned that failure to file an amended complaint could result in the dismissal of this action. Thirty days have now passed, and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint, or otherwise responded to the court’s order. In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to assign a district judge to this case; and IT IS RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice.
