Proceedings: (In Chambers) ORDER REMANDING MATTER TO STATE COURT On July 26, 2019, McKinley Berendo, LLC (“Plaintiff”) instituted unlawful detainer proceedings against Susan Carpo, Michael Diego Pineda, Angelo Lapuz and Does to 10 (“Defendants”) in state court. Defendants have allegedly continued in unlawful possession of the property located at 689 S. Berendo Street #301, Los Angeles, CA 90005 (“the Property”). Defendants allegedly entered into a month-to-month tenancy of the Property, with rent at $2,850.00 per month. (Compl. § 6.)
