On November 10, 2019, Plaintiff Abacuc Heras commenced this action against Defendant B-K Plaza, LLC. (Complaint (Docket No. 1)). On November 13, 2019, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause Re Supplemental Jurisdiction. (OSC (Docket No. 9)). The OSC required a response no later than November 27, 2019. As of December 4, 2019, Plaintiff has not filed a response to the OSC. The OSC specifically states: “The Response shall be filed on or before November 27, 2019.
