Before the Court are two motions: The first is Plaintiff Tristram Buckley’s Motion to Remand this Action to State Court, (“Motion to Remand”), filed on July 25, 2019. (Docket No. 24). Defendant BMW North America (“BMW NA”) filed an Opposition on August 16, 2019. (Docket No. 26). Plaintiff filed a Reply on August 28, 2019. (Docket. No. 28).
