On November 26, 2019, Plaintiff Brian Whitaker filed this action against Defendant PQ Newport Beach Bakery, Inc., alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act (“Unruh Act”).
