19 BACKGROUND
20 Nicolas G. (“Plaintiff”) applied for Social Security disability benefits in 21 January 2015 alleging disability commencing on June 19, 2010, due to carpal 22 tunnel syndrome (“CTS”) and pain in both wrists, right wrist surgery, a neck 23 injury, and numbness in his left hand. Administrative Record (“AR”) 269, 323. 24 On October 3, 2017, an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) conducted a hearing at 25 which Plaintiff, who was represented by an attorney, appeared and testified, as did 26
