(“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint for Unlawful Detainer against Defendants Emilio and Imelda Lozano (“Defendants”) in Los Angeles Superior Court. On December 3, 2019, Defendants filed a Notice of Removal, alleging that this Court has jurisdiction.
