(“Conversion”) brings an action against 20 Measured, Inc. (“Measured”), Trevor Testwuide (“Testwuide”), Madan Bharadwaj 21 (“Bharadwaj”), and Antonio Magnaghi (“Magnaghi”), (collectively, “Defendants”). 22 (See Compl., ECF No. 1.) Pending before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss 23 for failure to state a claim. (Mot. to Dismiss (“Mot.”), ECF No. 21.) For the reasons 24 that follow, the Court GRANTS Defendants’ Motion.1 25 26 27
