[Doc. # 22.] On June 26, 2019, petitioner filed Objections to the R&R. 22 [Doc. # 29.] 23 The bulk of the arguments that petitioner makes in his Objections is sufficiently addressed 24 in the Magistrate Judge’s R&R.
