INTRODUCTION 18 Plaintiff Gail Willis, proceeding pro se, brings this action against various 19 Defendants for multiple claims based on an alleged unlawful non-judicial foreclosure 20 sale of real property located at 2015 Buckingham Road, Los Angeles, California 21 90016 (the “Subject Property”). (See First Am. Compl. (“FAC”), ECF No. 16.) 22 Defendant Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”) moves to dismiss Willis’s 23 Complaint. (Mot. to Dismiss (“Mot.”), ECF No. 17.) For the reasons that follow, the 24 Court GRANTS Wells Fargo’s Motion.1 25 26 27
