Defendants filed their Opposition on November 11, 2019 (Dkt. 23), and Plaintiff replied on November 20, 2019 (Dkt. 24). The Court finds the matter suitable for decision without a hearing pursuant to Local Rule 7-15. After considering all papers filed in support of, and in opposition to, the Motion, the Court DENIES the Motion to Remand. 19 I.
