18 On February 19, 2019, Tomas Diarte Otanez (“Plaintiff” or “Claimant”) filed a complaint 19 seeking review of the decision by the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) 20 denying Plaintiff’s application for Social Security Disability Insurance benefits. (Dkt. 1.) The 21 Commissioner filed an Answer on June 5, 2019. (Dkt. 14.) On September 5, 2019, the parties 22 filed a Joint Stipulation (“JS”). (Dkt. 16.)
