Before the Court is a Motion to Remand filed by plaintiff Dominic Abad (“Plaintiff”) (Docket No. 7). Plaintiff seeks remand of the action he commenced in Los Angeles Superior Court. Plaintiff served defendant Signature Flight Support Corporation (“Defendant”) with the Summons and Complaint on October 29, 2019.
