INTRODUCTION 19 On April 8, 2019, the Court granted a motion to dismiss filed by defendant U.S. 20 Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Protection Trust (“Defendant”) and 21 entered judgment on April 15, 2019 against plaintiff Daryoush Javaheri (“Plaintiff”). 22 Defendant now moves for attorneys’ fees in the amount of $13,846. For the reasons 23 discussed below, the Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART Defendant’s 24 Motion for Attorneys’ Fees (“Motion”). (Mot., ECF No. 29). 25 II.
