INTRODUCTION 18 David W. P. (“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint on September 20, 2018, seeking review of the denial of his application for Supplemental Security Insurance (“SSI”). (Dkt. No. 1.) On October 19, 2018, the parties consented, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), to proceed before the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge. (Dkt. Nos. 11-13.) On June 28, 2019, the parties filed a Joint Stipulation (“Joint Stip.”). (Dkt. No. 24.) Plaintiff seeks an order reversing and remanding the ALJ’s decision. (Joint Stip. at 21.)
